There are thousands of WordPress themes, and most aren't built for real estate. The good ones cost extra and still require setup.
Fonts, colors, layouts, images. If you want it to look right, you're messing with settings for a long time, or paying someone who knows CSS.
WordPress doesn't come with MLS® listings. You need a separate IDX provider, a separate subscription, and a separate setup process to connect them. That's another bill and another system to learn.
Hosting, theme, IDX plugin, contact forms, lead capture — each one configured separately, each one a potential point of failure. When something breaks, you're troubleshooting across (at least) three different vendors.
Bio, neighborhood pages, listings descriptions. WordPress won't write it or link to it, so you're stuck filling empty pages, creating menus, adding links.
It's a slippery slope. Unless you hire a developer, DIY WordPress is a part-time job. Is that what you got into real estate to do?
