Tempo Digital Inc. ("Tempo", "we", "us", or "our") is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information lawfully, transparently, and securely. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website-building, marketing, and customer-relationship platform for real estate professionals (the "Service").
Privacy law distinguishes between a "controller" (who decides why and how data is processed) and a "processor" (who processes data on a controller's behalf).
Account information (Agent): name, email, phone, mailing address, profile image, brokerage and team affiliation, real estate licence information, time zone, and language preference.
Authentication information: OAuth identifiers from sign-in providers (Google, LinkedIn, GitHub) and magic-link tokens for email sign-in.
Billing information: subscription plan, billing history, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card numbers are tokenized and stored by Stripe; Tempo never stores full card numbers.
Usage information: pages visited, features used, sessions, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP. Collected through Mixpanel, Tinybird, and Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights.
Site content: anything you upload or configure in the Service, including logos, photos, copy, blog posts, theme settings, and listing data.
AI prompts and outputs: text and parameters you send to AI features and the resulting output. Used to deliver the feature and to track AI Credit consumption. AI prompts are not used to train third-party models under our agreements with OpenAI and other providers.
Visitor and Lead data (controlled by the Agent, processed by Tempo): names, emails, phone numbers, message content, listing favourites, search behaviour, IP, and approximate location.
Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.

We retain account and billing records for up to seven (7) years after account cancellation to meet tax, audit, and legal obligations, except where a longer or shorter retention is required by law. Site content is deleted within 30 days after account termination unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, environment segregation, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users and regulators of material security incidents as required by applicable law.
The Service is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals (19+ in Canada, 18+ in most US states). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a re-acceptance prompt at next sign-in (combined with the Terms of Service version). Non-material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Tempo aims to comply with PIPEDA, BC PIPA, CASL, and other privacy and anti-spam laws applicable to our customers and their visitors.
